LCFC does not have any residency requirements. You do not need to live in Lake County to become a patient of LCFC.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
All services are by appointment only. Most of LCFC’s providers are volunteers and this allows us to make sure a provider is here the time of your appointment.
Can I get my prescription filled at LCFC?
LCFC has a limited pharmacy. We do not have or prescribe pain medication. All prescriptions must be written by an LCFC provider. To learn about becoming a patient, call 440-352-8686.
What if I can't get to my appointment?
If you need transportation assistance, please call our case manager at 440-352-8686.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 440-352-8686 as soon as possible. This allows us to offer that appointment to others who need care.
How much do services cost?
LCFC is a free clinic. You will never receive a bill for care received. Many patients opt to make a financial donation at their visits to help make services available to others.
Will you take my insurance?
As a free clinic, LCFC does not accept or bill insurance. If the cost of using your insurance is too high and you would like to become a patient of LCFC, please call 440-352-8686 to meet with a case manager to determine your eligibility.
Do you offer dental services?
LCFC offers limited dental services. Right now, services are limited to current LCFC patients. Please call 440-352-8686 to see if we are accepting new dental patients.
